What Are Baby Boomers According to the U.S. Census The Census published a report in 2006 which stated that Baby Boomers were the generation born between 1946 and 1964. It went on to say that the oldest Boomers (at the time of the report) were now turning 60 years old. A few famous people were cited as turning 60 like Presidents George W. Bush and Bill Clinton as well as a few celebrities such as Cher, Dolly Parton and Trump.
