Baby Boomers, The Meatless Monday Diet will help your health and earths fragile ecosystem. Now, I know that this sounds like some thing I would hatch up, but I didn’t. In fact it has been around for a long time.

Vegetarian diets are healthful, nutritionally adequate and provide health benefits in the prevention, cure and treatment of certain diseases. A vegetarian diet does not include meat, fish or fowl. And is actually a fast way to lose weight and eat smarter.
