Pennsylvania Swim Club Was Racist, according to the Pennsylvania Human Rights Commission. They have issued a finding of probable cause, on Tuesday, September 22, 2009, that racism was involved in the decision last June by a suburban Philadelphia Swim Club to revoke privileges of a largely minority day care center. Swim Club Invites Children Back after a bad decision made in June of 2009. The suburban Philadelphia swim club has voted to invited children from a largely minority day care center to come back after they refused them swimming rights for the summer.
