Cargill recalls 36 million pounds of ground turkey. That is one big turkey! Image it, to the weight of more than 36 fully loaded Boeing 747 commercial airplanes, or to 6% of the turkey sold inĀ America inĀ one year.

A North Carolina produce company, L & M Companies, INC., is recalling back 1,590 bulk cartons of cucumbers Recall has issued a recall for cucumbers because they could be contaminated with salmonella.

Here we go again, Salmonella-Peanut Butter Recall of 2009. It has been 23 months since the last peanut butter salmonella alert with Peter Pan peanut butter. This time it is King Nut Companies. They have issued a total recall of peanut butter that it distributes.
