Poll Shows Sarah Palin Not Qualified For President, in fact, only 33 percent of Republicans believe Sarah Palin has the ability to serve effectively as president. That leaves the other 67 percent of Republican Americans voting that Sarah Palin is not qualified, nor would she be an effective president.
