OATS, They Are The Natural Aphrodisiac, Beauty Enhancer, Skin Healer and Make You Feel Good In The Morning Grain…

I am sure that as Baby Boomers, you have eaten your fair share of oats. That OATS make you feel all good and warm inside on a cold winters day…but, do you use them to exfoliate, soften the skin, and help heal dry, itchy skin? If you haven’t you are missing the BEST beauty enhancer and skin softener there is!

Your skin will never feel tight when you use any of these natural OAT remedies, the way that chemicals leave your skin feeling: dry, tight, stretched and under nourished…

I am sure that you have heard the phrase that glorify OATS…”sowing our OATS.” OATS are considered to be Natures’ top aphrodisiac. That is where that phrase comes from.  Eating OATS ensured that people would have as much fun as possible <wink>. Why not start your morning out right or make OATMEAL Cookies for your husband.

Using OATS in your beauty regime will smooth the skin, heal the skin, while reducing inflammation. The NUMBER ONE cause of premature aging is inflammation. It is true that premature aging starts on the inside…but lets reduce the outer inflammation, that is also necessary for absolutely gorgeous, radiant skin.

OATS are slightly rough, so they make one heck of an exfoliator. They soften the skin, and even something as simple as an OAT BATH can make super silky, sexy smooth skin. Goodbye itchy dry scratchy skin…Smart doctors will tell a client who has eczema, to take an OAT bath. BIG Plus OATS are TOTALLY hypoallergenic, unlike many of the ingredients that are given to people with eczema, by doctors. Which will only inflame the problem.

Here are some OAT Remedies:

  • Soothe chicken pox
  • Mosquito bites
  • Dry skin caused by excessive central heating, pollution etc…{winter time}
  • Soothe mild burns, even sunburns
  • Soothes most types of irritated skin.
  • I make a poultice of OATS and baking soda and water for stings

When choosing your oats for beauty, increased sexuality, favorite cookie recipe or just breakfast…make sure you buy your pain, regular, natural, wonderful, or organic raw  OATS

If you can’t understand why…actually read the labels…you will not want flavored, just add hot water or instant oats again. There are organic raw oats out there if you really want to go “100% natural and organic.”

Here are a few radiance promoting, totally natural, make them yourself oat recipes…

***I do not add fragrances to my recipes…but you can add rose oil, lavender, almond and vanilla extract to any of these recipes (5-6 drops should do it)***

      For Sensitive Skin

    1 cup warm water
    1/2 cup organic oats
    1 tablespoon glycerin or honey
    1-2 drop vitamin E, oil (totally optional)
    ***I use Mona Vie Gel***

    Blend in a blender until smooth
    Store in an airtight container
    Place a little of it on your palm and gently massage onto damp skin
    Then wash well
    Pat dry

    Oat and Brown Sugar Scrub:

    2 Tbsp. ground organic oats
    2 tsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. avocado, or peaches, strawberries blueberries or cucumber…what ever smell you like the best. Me, I am a strawberries or peach girl.

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl or blender until you have a smooth paste. Gently massage onto “damp skin” and rinse off with warm water. Increase the recipe for a full body super scrub.

    Oat and Honey Milk Bath

    ½ cup rolled organic oats
    ¼ cup almond milk (you can buy almond milk but I finely grate some almonds and leave in milk over night…you can so the same with nutmeg, cinnamon, coconut, coffee or even cocoa)

    Place the dry ingredients in a small, natural fabric bag, such as hemp, muslin or cheesecloth, like a big tea bag. Hang the bag under the faucet as you fill the tub, then put the bag into the bath as you soak up the goodies.

You will sleep better when your skin feels better…I do.
