It’s a Weight Losing Contest with Give~A~Ways
I need to lose some weight….I would say about 150 pounds…that is another person…There fore I am OBESE. I figure if I do this, I just might live longer…as you know I am constantly going around the Internet peeping into this or that…I have been looking for a diet, something that I thought was the answer and something that would work for me…because if you can not eat bananas, do not go on a banana diet. If you are a vegetarian, don’t go on the Atkins Diet.

So, what I found was Fat Loss 4 Idiots. Well, I knew that was the diet for me, right away. LOL I read it and it made sense to me. I did really well on the Atkins Diet but I have gained all of that back. Sound familiar?
So, what I have in mind is sort of the group diet…how many of you Baby Boomers or friends out there want to lose weight with me??? I don’t think I want to diet alone…and I don’t want the Jenny Craig or the Weight Watchers diet. How many of you out there want to lose 9 pounds in 11 days…This diet is guaranteed or your money back in 60 days. SO…I figure what have we got to lose, but weight? Even if you are a little person, with just a few pounds to lose, I know that is just as hard.
Who is with me out there??? Any one needing to lose weight for wedding? Obese? That new Bikini? Perhaps I should give a prize to the person who is the best loser, the best commenter…how many are you out there that would like to participate?
Since not everyone needs to lose 150 pounds…that’s why if you are the best commenter or team dieter then you can still win a prize…maybe even have t~shirts for weekly winners…maybe the t~shirts should say…”I Diet With a Real LOSER at BBAC.com” or “What’s it gonna be BBQ or Mildew?” Any suggestions?
Do I have any takers or so I say “LOSERS?” Who wants to be the the biggest LOSER and the Best LOSER????
Here are some highlights of the diet to wet your appetite. Check it out and see if it is something you could be a real loser with.
Are you with me or against me? What ya’ gonna do? BBQ or Mildew?
Low Fat Foods DON’T WORK.
You cannot lose weight using Low Fat Diets. Low fat foods have been popular for more than 15 years, but yet our society is getting more overweight as each year passes. This fact alone should tell you that eating a purely low fat menu is not the answer to losing weight.
Low Calorie Diets DON’T WORK.
You won’t lose weight using a Low Calorie Dieting Plan either. In fact, eating low calories is the worst thing that you can do to your body, since that will only slow down your body’s fat burning engine and ruin all chances of losing weight (low calorie diets may allow a few pounds of weight loss for the first few days, but then after that all weight loss comes to a halt — known as a dieting plateau). You can never get slim by starving yourself.
Low Carb Plans DON’T WORK.
You’ll probably find it extremely difficult to get slim using a Low Carb Dieting Plan. Low carb diets have recently become popular over the last couple years, but the problem with low carb menus is that they are too strict and TOO HARD TO FOLLOW for average people. Low carb menus tend to rob your body of too much energy (carbohydrates) and make it nearly impossible to remain on the program for very long. This is why so many dieters find it difficult to follow a strict low carbohydrate menu.
What about Weight Watchers and Jenny Craig Dieting Plans?
Weight loss programs such as Weight Watchers (and Jenny Craig) usually involve slower dieting progress over a longer period of time, since such programs generally promise only 2-3 pounds of weight loss per week. Also, programs such as Jenny Craig usually involve buying special meals and/or dietary supplements during the initial phases of the program. While some people may like these types of dietary programs, we prefer a dieting plan which focuses on faster weight loss, such as the Accelerated Fat Burning Program.
