Political Campaign Goes to the Cool Cats in New York…

In New York Cool Cats are Vying for the Tile of Purr-Fect President.

Barack Obama (leftist) and John McCain (Rightist) will attend a New York cat show this weekend…Obama the Bombay Cat and McCain the American Shorthair, that is.

The two felines are vying for the title of “Purr-fect President” at the Cat Fanciers’ Association, presented by IAMS. The 2008 championship that opens Saturday at Madison Square Garden. If you are a cat fancier, this is where you should be this weekend. I am sure that the The Cat Association will be there in full force.

I hope that The American Short Hair doesn’t show his true colors and start a cat fight…

There are more than 40 breeds that will be present, amongst the several hundred competing cats. The top title goes for “Best in Show.”

It is the perrr-fect place for any Cat Fancier, because there will be hundreds of other kittens and cats that will be available for adoption. “Never miss the opportunity to place a pet,” I say.

This year’s show also features a rescued New Jersey shelter cat and member of the Iams Trained Cats that perform Olympic style tricks. So A good time will be had by all.

We will see who wins the Perrrrr-fect Presidential race…I am betting on the Bombay Cool Cat. But the American Short-Hair is going to be a hard Cat to beat. I heard through a reliable source that the American Short-Hair just might pass a hair ball at the event. That should give the Bombay Cat a shoe in!
