Horrible News in Egypt:68 Dead And Hundreds Hurt From Soccer Riots after clashes erupted after a soccer match between fan clubs of Egypt’s Al-Ahly and Al-Masry teams, in Port Said, on February 1st, 2012.
Thousands of fans rushed on to the fields of two separate games and clashes began, ending with a severe fire, 68 dead and hundreds getting hurt. Many people having concussions and cuts from the riots.
“It’s kind of a security vacuum in the football stadium. … It’s not unheard of to have organized violence between football clubs, but something on this scale has never been seen before,” stated James Montague. He is a CNN contributor who researched soccer in the Middle East for his book “When Friday Comes: Football in the War Zone.”
Egyptian civilization is at it’s lowest with riots in Cairo. The Egyptian Soccer League has not made comments concerning the issue.

This is just another reason why you NEVER go to games because it is not worth losing your life over it just is not.
To think that something that is supposed to be fun and exciting turns out to dangerous to life this is so insane I don’t have the proper words.
Egypt is in political unrest right now. Most Egyptians want civil government again and this is a prime example why.
