According to a police spokeswoman, Possibly 400 Occupy Activists Arrested In Oakland CA, leaving the Oakland City Hall full of debris and damaged items.

The three to four hundred Oakland Occupy protesters, were arrested for breaking into a YMCA, Oakland’s City Hall, and challenging police.

With unrest certain, Oakland’s Mayor stated, “I think people are really angry.”

According to the protesters who were tweeting big time, they say that the police used rubber bullets, tear gas and smoke bombs.However, the police say they used bean-bag bullets, not rubber bullets.

Oakland Municipal employees worked Sunday to clean up damage they said was caused hours earlier by the Oakland Occupy protesters.

The Occupy protesters and movement is even bigger than it was in 2011. If only 1 percent is the elite…that leaves a huge majority of 99 percent. More people should be hitting the streets in protest of what the 1 percent of upper income class is trying to do to the lower and middle income people and families.

On the other side of the nation, DC Occupy protestersare demonstrating outside a VIP dinner and are given a deadline time to break camp — or else.

The National Park Service has told Occupy DC protesters they can no loner camp overnight at sites near the White House.
