The Coast Guards has ordered the Captain Francesco Schettinoto return to the ship and his actions are under scrutiny and the shipping line holds the captain responsible for the incident.
The List Of The Missing Are:
14 Germans
6 Italians-including a crew member
4 French people
2 Americans
1 Hungarian-a crew member
1 Indian-a crew member
1 Peruvian-a crew member

* One person on that list was found dead Monday, but authorities have not released the name or country.
Italy’s Coast Guard stated that “it has located a second ‘black box,’ or data recorder, from the ship, and that operations were under way to retrieve the recorder.”
