* 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
* 1 teaspoons fresh lemon juice, divided
* 1 tablespoons chopped chives
* 1/16 teaspoon cayenne
* 1 medium zucchini, coarsely grated (1 1/2 cups)
* 1/2 small fennel bulb, trimmed and thinly sliced

Whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, fennel, chives, sea salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Mix.
Add the zucchini and toss to combine slaw.
Recipe Options:
*If you do not have lemon juice on hand, you can substitute a good vinegar.
