Memorial Day

Memorial Day is the last Monday in May, traditionally it was May 30TH.

It is a day to remember and honor those who have given their lives to their country.

During this time I always think of my Uncle Ernie Pyle who I never had a chance to know. He lost his life, doing war correspondence on April 18, 1945. Even though he was not a soldier…Memorial Day is a Day that he always wanders thru my thoughts and prayers.
