Beluga Whales-Save Cook Inlet For Beluga Whales because the Cook Inlet is the most heavily populated and rapidly growing watershed in Alaska. It is also the home of the Cook Inlet beluga whale, one of the most endangered marine mammals in the world.
Why didn’t the ex-governor of Alaska, Sarah Palin address this issue? Because she was too busy killing the environment, animals, fish and mammals. She has and had no time to saving them. Her husband is a fisherman and the fishing boats kill at least 15 beluga whales a year

Why now? In the 1980s, Beluga Whales in the Cook Inlet population numbers were approximately 1,300. But the beluga’s habitat has been subject to dramatic ecological changes with increases in offshore oil and gas development, increased pollution and filthy sewage runoff.
Today, there are only 300 Cook Inlet Beluga Whales left…that is why. That is a huge decrease in the species.
Beluga Whales-Save Cook Inlet For Beluga Whales with the help of The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s Fisheries Service, also called NOAA, wants to save the Cook Inlet beluga.
On December 1st 2090, they announced a plan to designate more than 3,000 square miles of ocean as critical habitat for this highly endangered species. The plan is open to public comment, and NOAA and the Beluga Whales desperately need to hear your voice and support for this proposal.
