I do know this…I wish that I had all of the money that people have spent on fancy running shoes. Has the public been duped again?

It is A Running Debate-Wear Running Shoes vs No Shoes and just what do the Podiatrist and scientists think? What do they say about shoeless running?
Well, they suggest that you ease into barefoot running or risk injury. I used to be a runner and that sounds plausible to me…but what about rocks, glass, nails thorns and other foreign hurtful issues…

its a great debate and both sides need some airtime…
that’s so cool! dang there’s always some tribe somewhere that’s so advanced (in certain areas) because they have used whats in front of them and its very interesting how you point out your feet and how they wont let you hurt yourself if you run barefoot. Its almost like the body knows whats natural and whats not.
Very interesting!
