Casey Anthony Pleads Guilty To 13 Check Fraud Charges in a Florida court. I watched this as it happened on court TV and it was pretty obvious that Jose Baez is a show boater and his speeches were planned, memorized and he could not deviate from them.

Even when the Judge tried to talk to him he would still go on with his planned speech. Pretty pathetic.

She pleaded guilty Monday, January 25th, 2010, to check fraud and was sentenced to time served. She or her family, has already paid back the monies that she stole from her “girl friend.”

Anthony admitted stealing a checkbook from a friend, Amy Huizenga (who did not come to court), and writing four checks worth nearly $650 and forging her signature and using her ID. She wiped tears from her eyes as she spoke briefly in court.

“I just wanted to let everyone know that I’m sorry for what I did,” she said. “I take complete and full responsibility for my actions, and I’d like to apologize to Amy. I wish I’d been a better friend.

Also her charges where discussed that involved the killing of her 2 year old child, Caylee Anthony.

She still has 7 more to face that are pending until her other case goes to court. Her arrest in the fraudulent check case came during a highly publicized police investigation into the disappearance of her daughter, Caylee Anthony.

The TOT’s skeletal remains were discovered December 11, 2008, by Roy Kronk, six months after she disappeared. Her small remains were bagged and partially buried in a swampy, vacant lot, and duct tape covered the child’s mouth, where Casey Anthony used to hang out with her friends…

Authorities have released documents in 2009, that showing they believed little Caylee Anthony was killed within days of the time she was last seen and that her body was in the trunk of her mother’s car for “a period of time.”

Authorities have stated that the cause of Caylee’s death is homicide by undetermined means.
