1. Experience The Benefits of Sex

Sex has more than one apparent health benefits. Research suggests that sex can boost your immune system and reduce stress.

2. Get Sun Light

A little sunshine is excellent for better moods and allows your body to produce the very necessary vitamin D. Studies show that vitamin D is lacking in around 70 percent of American children.

3. Keep Your Teeth Clean

Gum and bone disease in your mouth have all been linked to Diabetes, low birth weight babies and heart disease. Even heart attacks have been linked to bad dental hygiene, so keep your teeth clean and flossed.

4. Get More Rest

Serious lack of sleep has been linked with the increased risk of high blood pressure, hypertension, obesity, diabetes and worst yet…cancer. Lack of sleep, less than six or seven hours a night, has been linked  auto accidents and injuries at work.

5. Drink Less Alcohol

A recent study from November of 2009, found that having a drink or two each day might be something that healthy people do. It is not the fact that drinks were the cause of their good health. If you’re having more than a couple drinks a day, then you’re at higher risk for liver damage and diabetes and perhaps a host of other problems as well..

6. Stop Smoking

Come on baby Boomers, STOP SMOKING. We know all that bout 50 percent of smokers die from smoking, and of those, about half die around age 50 or sooner. That means that 25 per cent of all smokers will die before before and around the age of 50.

7. Wash Your Hands

Hand washing remains the best prevention against colds, the flu and many other transmittable diseases.

8. Exercise More

So many studies find a huge benefits of exercise. Exercise is not only great for your body but for your mind, as well. It has proven that excise can raise childrens’ academic performance, stimulate adult brains, makes bones stronger and alleviates many types of chronic pain, even arthritis. Regular exercise has been linked with a lower risk of cancer.

9. Don’t Stress

Stress kills. It causes deterioration in humans. Everything from your mouth health, to your heart health and stress can make you more susceptible to a large  range of ills…from weight gain, colds to the big “C,” cancer.

10. Eat Better

Choose real food instead of empty carbs or sugar laced food that has traces of real food. Cook at home rather than eating fried and high caloric fast food. Use spices, rather than mass amounts of oil, salt or sugar, to spice up your meals. Cut your intake a red meat down or out completely.
