Swine Flu Shots Offer Sweet Money Pot for National Retailers

Swine Flu shots Offer Sweet Money Pot for National Retailers. Most people know about the media frenzy and the worldwide scare created as a result of the H1N1 Swine Flu but they don’t realize some of the money exchanging hands behind the scenes.
Some of the nation’s largest retail chains are now aggressively marketing swine flu shots. According to a recent article in The Wall Street Journal, here are just a few…
- Walmart
- Rite Aid
- Walgreens
- CVS
- Safeway
- Kroger
At this point in time, it is estimated that close to 60 million Americans have already received the Swine Flu Shots at a cost of anywhere from $10 to $18 on average. That’s easily over a billion dollars just in the USA.
The sweet part of this deal for retailers is that the government will give them the vaccine for FREE. They are authorized to charge a moderate administration fee provided it doesn’t exceed the local Medicare payment for flu vaccines. Needless to say, most claim that the profit margin is very slim. How many of us would take this slim profit with free marketing and free inventory?
Nice.
There are many business owners out there that only wish they could get the government to market their service and product for free all over the television and web, and then give them no cost product to fill the demand. That’s a sweet deal. Besides, even if they didn’t make a dime from swine flu shots, they will get plenty of sales once the customer is inside the store.
Even though the supply is starting to outpace the demand, retailers remain aggressive in getting their hands on this golden goose. As consumers, we can expect plenty of pushes to help them sell this inventory.
Whether you believe in the effectiveness of the swine flu shots or not, you can be assured that there will be some shady things happening to sell them because the money pot is just too easy to pass up.

Here is an old rule! If you want to be really successful in affiliate marketing, you ought to drive traffic to your website. The more visitors to the website, the higher the probability of click through. Many affiliate guides forget to mention that it is always prudent to build traffic first and then consider affiliate marketing. There is no magic potion. If there is no traffic, there are no profits. Don’t worry, if you haven’t got hordes of visitors, even a few visitors will do initially. Once these visitors start trickling down the web drain, you can place banners and advertising in appropriate places to get the results. A good affiliate marketer doesn’t care about the number of clicks but on the average number of clicks per visitor.
Such techniques, slowly but surely brings success. And with it comes a potential for much higher rewards
