Proof That Merck Pharmaceuticals Sleeps With CDC…well, we have it now. You will not be able to point a paranoid finger at me now. Merck, has a great “pharmaceutical revolving door” through which corporations and government agencies frequently exchange key employees, into key spots.
Here is a prime example…news has broke that Dr. Julie Gerberding, who headed the CDC from 2002 through 2009, landed a top job with Merck.
For those of you who are not savvy, Merck is one of the largest drug companies in the whole wide world. Get this Baby Boomers. her new job there is that she is the new president of the vaccine division.
“How convenient”…as The Church Lady would say. This means that the former head of CDC was very possibly cultivating a relationship with Merck all these years she was with CDC and now comes the HUGE payoff!
Heading up a $5 billion division that sells Gardasil, the cervical cancer vaccines, chickenpox vaccines and of course the Swine Flu-H1N1 vaccines, as well.
How many of Baby Boomers believe that the problem is that private industry and government health offices such as the CDC or FDA should never be sleeping together.
My Father always said that politic make strange bed fellows…Well this certainly creates an environment of out and out collusion between Big Government and Big Pharmaceuticals, or I am not known as the Baby Boomer Queen around the Internet.
This is a proven fact when the government, led and pushed for swine flu vaccines that are manufactured and sold by drug companies like Merck.
Has the CDC become the marketing division of the pharmaceutical industry? If not, then why was it the CDC that pushed so hard for swine flu vaccines? This amid the obvious…that swine flu was no more dangerous than any other seasonal flu.
Further proof…To this day, the CDC still hasn’t bothered to recommend vitamin D for the prevention of either seasonal flu or the swine flu-H1F1.
Yet, it still remains heavily invested in the lucrative vaccine approach. Follow the money…an approach that just happens to financially benefit the very corporations that have now hired ex-CDC employee Dr. Julie Gerberding.
Dr. Gerberding has tripled her salary by selling out to Merck and the pharmaceutical companies.
It seems that getting a job offers from the large pharmaceutical companies is one of the most desired career advancement for many CDC and FDA employees.
Surely there must be many bright, honest scientists working at the CDC and FDA, who do excellent work tracking pandemics and trying to save lives. Unfortunately, they are overshadowed, however, by those ambitious, money grubbing, profit seekers who see their CDC job as merely a stepping stone for a far better paying job at a major drug companies.
Congratulations Dr. Gerberding, you have just hit the big payola. The big Kahuna…you have just sold your soul to the devil…just cashed in big.
So now, Dr. Gerberding’s new job involves the incessant promotion of yet more vaccines — a job not very different from the one she held at the CDC, come to think of it. More vaccines for more diseases afflicting more people… it’s just another day at Merck, where the world is never so healthy that it doesn’t need one more mandatory vaccine.
Merck has really gotten the golden goose with Dr. Gerberding. She has a wealth of contacts not merely throughout the CDC and the FDA, but also at the World Health Organization.
Too bad that Merck doesn’t have a pill or vaccine for “ethics deficiency,” because Dr. Julie Gerberding is suffering from this large and seemingly government contagious ethics deficiency.
Back in 2007…Julie Gerberding, the then head of the CDC, went on CNN’s House Call with Dr. Sanjay Gupta to discuss the Hannah Poling case and admitted that vaccines trigger autism in a subset of the population with mitochondrial disorders.
