I worked in two (2) rest homes and when we knew that some people didn't get along we would separate them so this kind of thing wouldn't happen. Even if one or the other didn't want that to happen we wouldn't listen and separate them. ONCE A BULLY ALWAYS A BULLY AND THAT IS THE WAY IT IS.
