UPDATE-NC Tot Raped and Murdered Same Day on November 10th, 2009, and then her little body was dumped like trash, with deer carcasses. Mario McNeil, 29, is the suspect in this hanious crime.
He was seen taking her into a hotel and then seen leaving with her about an hour later. She was alive at the time.
In a newly released affidavit, details have emerged that Shaniya Davis was raped the same day she was murdered and her mother, Antoinette Davis is in jail and two months pregnant.
