Three Teens Charged With Attempted Murder of Fellow Teen when they set him of fire over 40 dollars and a video game.

The three teens accused of setting Michael Brewer, 15, on fire pleaded not guilty Thursday, November 19th, 2009, to charges of attempted murder and are being held without bond.

Three Teens Charged With Attempted Murder of Fellow Teen and they were, Denver Jarvis, 15, Matthew Bent, 15, and Jesus Mendez, 16. They are charged as adults with one count of attempted murder in the second degree in the October 12th, 2009, attack in Deerfield Beach, Florida. Two other boys ages 13 and 15 have been charged as juveniles.

Authorities stated that Jarvis, Bent and Mendez were in a gang that poured alcohol over Michael Brewer, 15, then set him ablaze in a dispute over $40, a video game and a bicycle.

Brewer jumped into the swimming pool at his apartment complex to put out the flames, but he is still burned over 65% of his body.

    This is what we are looking forward to with these childern that never have learned wrong from right in their lives. What ever they want they want it now and this is the way they get what they want by harming someone.

    We live next door to animals just like the children who burned that child they are constantly doing things to us to harm us. We call the police and they can do nothing about it because they didn’t see it happening so all they can do right up a report.

    One day they are going to hurt us very badly and maybe the police will do something about that.
