Sarah Palin-Oprah Interview

Sarah Palin-Oprah Interview went rather smoothly…but then it was Oprah, not the “perky one” as Sarah Called her…meaning Katie Couric.
Oprah Winfrey gives the ex-governor of Alaska the “lighthearted” treatment she wished for from Katie Couric.
If those questions weren’t planned, I do not know what was. Yes, I watched it. I knew that Oprah would be the Hostess of the Mostess… and she was.
I did like Sarah’s new frosted hair do though.
Sarah Palin pushing her book, “Going Rogue,” and still discussed many things with Oprah Winfrey and it was a “lighthearted” chat with the former vice-presidential candidate, Sarah Palin..
OK…here is my take on the Sarah Palin-Oprah Interview
* She was bullied by the McCain “people.”
* She said that her Katie Couric interview went badly and she should have never been MADE to give more then one interview because it went so badly.
* About her presidential run in 2012…she gave Oprah the run around.
* She talked about her resigning as Alaskan Governor…but only gave side stepping answers. Unless you believe that she can do more for Alaska as a private citizen then she could as governor.,
* Her over pricey wardrobe was ready for her when she got to the McCain camp. So I guess the shopping sprees for her and her family didn’t count.
* Sarah on Politics…are like an emotionally unhealthy romance and male candidates have it much easier in the clothing department and she stated, “It gave me a lot of appreciation for everything Hillary Clinton went through.”
* Then there was the issue of her diet. The McCain camp forced her to keep her weight down by going on the Atkins diet….poor little size 6 Sarah. Forced to be able to fit into 150.000 wardrobe. Can you think of worse way to appeal to an Oprah’s audience?
* The media…Sarah didn’t prep much for her interview with Katie Couric, AKA/the perky one, because she was led to believe it would be “a lighthearted thing. I guess she forgot she was running for the second highest office in America.
She expected it to be “a working mom speaking with a working mom” about “the challenge we have dealing with teenage daughters. Instead of targeting her and her family.
When the media wasn’t targeting her directly, they were assailing her family, Palin stated. “I was naive to think that the media would leave my kids alone. ”
Dahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh…
* Bristols’ pregnancy…After news got out about Bristol’s pregnancy, the McCain campaign drafted a statement giving the impression that the Palins were “giddy, happy to be grandparents,” she stated, that was not the staement she wanted to deliver…Palin saw it as an opportunity “to tackle the problem of teen pregnancy in America.” But, the original statement was released not Sarah’s.
So, there you have it. the Sarah Palin-Oprah Interview, or at least how I saw it. Bottom line…Sarah Palin is still not ready to run the country. If she can;t stand up to McCain’s people, how could she be expected stand up to Russia, Japan or any other nation? Going Rouge…I don’t think so…just an other lamb lead to the slaughter. A cow not a rhino.

To me there was no meat or potatoes in the entire thing I think if there was a way she could get rid of her last child she would but she can’t so to me she came over to me that she felt stuck with the baby.
She is so plastic that if she gets to close to heat she would have melted but that is my take.
