Easy and Simple NO Boiling Lasagna

Easy and Simple NO Boiling Lasagna is just a delicious as if you took the long step of boiling and carefully try not to break the noodles.
With this skip a step recipe no one will ever know that you skipped a step. They will think that you make perfect lasagna for them and it took hours.
INGREDIENTS for Easy and Simple NO Boiling Lasagna
* 2 containers (15 oz.) ricotta cheese
* 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (about 8 oz.)
* 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
* 2 eggs (I make mine with out eggs)
* 2 jars (1 lb. 10 oz. ea.) of your favorite pasta sauce
* 12 uncooked lasagna noodles (I use whole wheat)
DIRECTIONS for Easy and Simple NO Boiling Lasagna
* 1. Preheat oven to 375°
* 2. Combine ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and eggs in bowl.
* 3. Spread 1 cup Pasta Sauce in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
* 4. Layer 4 uncooked noodles, then 1 cup Sauce and 1/2 of the ricotta mixture; repeat.
* 5. Top with remaining 4 uncooked noodles and 2 cups Sauce. Reserve remaining sauce.
* 6. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake 1 hour.
* 7. Remove foil and sprinkle with remaining cheeses. Bake uncovered an additional 10 minutes.
* 8. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
* 9. Serve with remaining heated sauce.
Serving Suggestions:
* Add your favorite meat to your recipe, such as ground chuck and Italian sausage.
* If a vegetarian, add your favorite vegetables. Slice them long wise and slice then thinly. Such as squash, onions, celery, carrots, eggplant, zucchini, all colors of peppers and broccoli.
* And always serve with a smile.
