Mike Tyson Arrested At Los Angeles International Airport
Former boxing champion Mike Tyson Arrested At Los Angeles International Airport this afternoon for allegedly preforming battery on a Paparazzi in a scuffle or altercation. The scuffle happened about 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, November 11th, 2009, in Terminal 7, at an United Airlines ticket counter.
Mike and his family were being photographed as he arrived at LAX and he lashed out at a photographer.
According to airport spokesman, Sgt. Jim Holcomb, the photographer has accused Tyson of hitting him. The photographer, who information has not been identified, fell to the ground and cut his forehead and was treated at a local hospital.
Mike Tyson Arrested At Los Angeles International Airport, but Sgt. Holcomb states that both Tyson and the Paparazzi want to press charges for misdemeanor battery.
Tyson was compliant and cooperative with officers and booked and then released.
