Levi Johnson Threatens to Sue For Custody Rights Of Tripp Johnson.
Levi Johnson almost became Sarah Palins’ son-in-law and he states that he will pursue legal action to gain joint custody of his son Tripp, with Bristol Palin.
Levi Johnston, 19, is the father of 10 month old Tripp. with his ex-girlfriend Bristol Palin, who is the daughter of the former Alaska governor and the same Sarah Palin who unsuccessful ran for the VP of America, under the republican ticket and John McCain.
The Levi and Bristol were engaged to be married, but broke off their relationship in March of 2009.
Levi Johnson Threatens to Sue For Custody Rights Of Tripp Johnston and Johnson will be seeking joint custody at the end of the November 2009. He states that the Palin family is allegedly making it difficult for him to see his son.
“It’s not working. I’m done. It’s going to have to go to court. They just finally pushed me over the edge,” states Levi Johnson.
The relationship between Johnston and the Palin’s has taken a particularly nasty turn in the last few weeks, with Johnston calling Sarah Palin a hypocrite, and Sarah Palin critizing him for his upcoming nude pictorial in Playgirl.
