The 911 Call-Richmond High Rape

Who made The 911 Call-Richmond High Rape…to the Police? The call that alerted police to a gang rape at a high school?
The call came from someone who wasn’t even there. A Good Samaritan, none the less, a teenager, an 18 year old mother, who was once a student at Richmond High School.
A school where the motto is “Stitches for Snitches.” At possible loss for her own welfare, she calls 911. That call just night have saved a young girls life after she was beaten and raped for hours by those that she thought were her friends and those that she knew.
The whole neighborhood knew about the gang rape, but only one person, Margarita Vargas, was brave enough to make that call to The 911 Call-Richmond High Rape.

This is beyond sad and I don’t get it how other people could watch and just stand there without even feeling anything about the pain this girl was feeling.
But on the other hand I am not surprised because teenagers today are so different than they were when I was growing up.
We leaned RESPECT OF PERSON, PLACE AND THING over and over again when we were small.
