They were to lazy to investigate about this man when was right in their faces. All the signs were there and they decided not read them it sort of like a driver sees the stop sign but doesn't want to stop and causes a terrible accident and then drives off because he doesn't want to get caught. Now an innocent child has to try to rebuild her life and the lives her children and that is going to be really tough.
