5 Arrested In CA Gang Rape, along with juveniles being charged as adults. The rape and beating, happened to a student at Richmond High School, during a homecoming dance.
Three juveniles in custody will be charged as adults and 2 adults were also arrested with further arrests expected.
Authorities stated that up to 20 people were involved in or stood and watched the assault happened to a 15 year old student. Of those, some where considered her friends and they knew her or of her.
She was taken to a hospital and was released the following Wednesday, four days after the rape/beating.
All of the suspects will face several felony charges in the incident, including “rape in concert.” That means that the suspects would all face the possibility of life in prison if convicted.
The rape and beating, was a two and a half hour assault, that actually happened on the Richmond High School campus, in the Richmond community, north of Oakland, on San Francisco Bay.

Manuel Ortega, 19
Salvador Rodriguez, 21
A 15 year old…identity was not released because he is a juvenile
A 16 year old…identity was not released because he is a juvenile
A 17 year old…identity was not released because he is a juvenile
With mob mentality, 15 to 20 people watched and joined in with verbal abuse. If they are not minors, they should have their names listed too. What do you think Baby Boomer?

According to the witnesses, there was alcohol involved and it happened in a dark alley and some are even blaming the girl who was abused. Come on people…she didn’t ask these animals to beat and rape her and most female 15 year old’s, do not bring alcohol to a homecoming.

If they are charged as adults, then they should have their names listed, i.e., made public. That would seem consistent to me.
They can arrest the entire school and nothing will bring her back to where she was before the rape and that is a fact.
Now I see they are blaming her I would like to sit them down and speak to them for a while.
