Girl Raped Outside High School Homecoming Dance in Richmond, CA.
Authorites state that up to 20 people may have watched or participated as a girl was raped outside a high school dance in Richmond, California.
There have been a couple of arrests thus far with more expected to come in the near future. The 15 year old girl was found unconscious in an alley while the dance was going on inside.
The attack is said to have lasted up to 2 1/2 hours.
