FL Police Taser Teen Then Run Him Over according to witnesses in Pensacola, Florida.

Pensacola Police have placed the officer on administrative leave after it’s alleged that the Officer Tasered a Male Suspect then put the car in reverse and ran him over, pinning Victor Steen under the police car for hours.

According to authorities, Officer Jerald Ard, spotted Victor Steen. 17, at a construction site Saturday. When Officer Jerald Ard tried to question the teenager, Steen states that Victor Stern took off on his bicycle.

Ard then flashed his lights, but Steen didn’t pull over. Officer Ard chased him into a parking lot. Then Steen crashed his bicycle and was run over by Ard’s car. Steen was pronounced dead at the scene.

Witness from across the street saw an entirely different event. They saw the police car chaseing Stern, then Officer Ard tasered Steen.

He dropped and acted like he was having a fit or spasms. At which time, Offiver Ard put the car in reverse and deliberately ran him over with his squad car.

The victim was under the vehicle for a long time (hours) and was pronounced dead at the scene of the “crime.”
