Authorities Search Balloon Boy House just hours after Colorado authorities said they expect to file charges in the “balloon boy” case. Sheriff’s deputies and detectives were seen entering and leaving the house of Richard Heene early Sunday, October, 18th, 2009.
Even though Richard Heene has told reporters that the runaway balloon incident involving his son, Falcon Heene was “absolutely no hoax.” The incident has become a nasty can of worms.
There will be a news conference at 1 p.m. ET Sunday, in the progression of the balloon boy case. Saturday, Sheriff Jim Alderden stated that, “We anticipate criminal charges will be filed sometime in the near future.”
