Forced H1N1-Swine Flu Vaccinations In NY Halted, at least for the time being…by a a state Supreme Court judge, on October 16th. A restraining order granting a temporary halt to the mandate until a subsequent hearing can be completed.

Amid a large growing discontent amongst New York health care workers who are being forced to receive the H1N1-Swine Flu Vaccinations, the Public Employees Federation sued in state court to halt the mandate.

The lawsuit was brought by the Public Employees Federation, New York State United Teachers and four Albany nurses. Until October, 16th, 2009, these workers were required to be vaccinated by November 30th, 2009, or many health care workers were told they would be fired from their jobs.

Others health care workers were told pay increases would be suspended.

Call it what you want…everywhere, there was a campaign of intimidation against NY health care workers to force them into receiving the H1N1-swine flu vaccinations.

This court order only temporarily suspends the mandatory flu vaccinations. There will be a follow up court hearing on October 30th, 2009.

New York is setting the atmosphere for the H1N1-Swine Flu Vaccinations debate nationwide in America.

New York has been an center of health choice protests and demonstrations by concerned health care workers. Over 500,000 workers are affected by the H1N1 vaccine mandate, and a majority of those workers simply don’t wish to get the flu vaccination against their will, or to receive the H1N1-Swine Flu Vaccination at all.

Baby Boomers, if New York health authorities thought they could bully half a million health care workers into being injected with a virtually untested, unproven vaccine, they were BIG TIME mistaken.

Why the resistance? As the vaccine mandate states and continues to build…more and more people realize the vaccine may be far more dangerous than the flu it claims to prevent.

In this case, an ounce of prevention is worth a ton of dire problems and even the possibility of death, for some.

Money greed and getting the people to become cows and not rhinos. Well, they have met up with some real rhinos in NY and some in NJ.

More and more people are concluding there’s really no good reason to take the vaccine given the extremely low fatality rates of the so-called pandemic.

At the same time, more Americans are learning the truth about a simple cost effective…vitamin D and realizing that vitamin D is better than the vaccine at halting the H1N1-Swine Flu or flu influenza.

Meanwhile, a lawsuit filed in Washington D.C. by health freedom attorney Jim Turner accuses the “FDA” of violating federal law in approving the swine flu vaccines without conducting proper testing for either safety or efficacy.

How do you like those apples…the all powerful “FDA” violating the law.

Public support is clearly mounting against not just the H1N1-Swine Flu Vaccinations, therefore, the pandemic “fear factor” marketing push behind it. This should also show a new light on the seasonal flu vaccinations as well.

The vaccine mandate in New York could still be reinstated on October 30th, 2009, and the NY State Department of Health has predictably vowed to fight the decision and reinstate the mandate.

But, it seems quite likely that we’ll see a more and more public protests and more legal actions filed by NY health care workers to stop what they see as a “Big Brother Chemical Intervention” into their own personal health.
