Casey Anthony Defense Team Wants Caylee Anthony Case Thrown Out. According to the Casey Anthony’s defense team, lead by Jose Baez. They are claiming that someone else killed Caylee and want murder charges and child abuse charge, dropped against Casey Anthony.
Casey Anthony Defense Team Wants Caylee Anthony Case Thrown Out because they state that all of the evidence is “junk evidence,” right down to the duct tape and the decomposed hair belonging to Caylee Anthony.

You know who needs to be thrown out? It is Casey she is a killer of the first kind and that is a fact.
any one remeber Nicole Ganguzza? The female jogger found in Blanchard Park. Her body was found in Blanchard Park I believe on June 10. around the original date that Casey said Caylee went missing. Nancy grace had talked about nicole, then caylee went missing and I never heard about that case again. I have tried to google it several times and to this date there has not been a killer found. I have also read that chloroform was found at the crime scene as well. I am not sure if that is a fact. To me the pictures I have seen of Nicole Ganguzza fit the descriptionh that casey anthony gave of zeneida. Also if you check out hollywood pi’s site he talks about Roy Kronk. I think Roy Kronk is very odd and have even seen people comparing him to the BTK killer. Google things that he has told the media and police, To me its very odd.

Nicole Ganuzza was found not long after she disappeared. She was strangled and left for dead behind the post office about 2 miles from where her car was left.
She was an apparent rape victim from a serial rapist that was targeting white women in the area. She was found the next day. Her new husband reported her missing at 9pm the day she was missing, when he couldn’t reach her all day.

I feel there is something very strange about Mr. Kronk…He seems very shady to me..In his 1st interview with detectives..He claims the first encounter was ..He was in the woods with his partner/partners..and he saw what he thought was a “human skull”..he told his partner/partners..but they didn’t see anything…he then went home and told his girlfriend, who said to call it in to the police…so he did. The next time he went back to the wooded area…”a few days later”….He saw a completely closed “BLACK” plastic bag…he poked into it with his baton…and a human skull fell out at his feet. My question is,,,during the first encounter…how did he see a “HUMAN SKULL” through a “COMPLETELY CLOSED BLACK PLASTIC BAG”????? Hmmm…..I wonder?
Hi Tj, I have felt since the moment I saw Mr. Roy Kronk that something is deffinatly off with him. I am with you and I cant understand why they are not still talking about him on nancy grace or any other show. Hes always reffered to as a concered citizen. I think not. Check out his interviews and calls on youtube. They are odd. I have even heard people compare him to the btk killer. I just cant see how caylee could have been at that location from the time she died. To me that makes no sense. It was close to the road. I dont know things dont add up to me. And I still think theres a tie to Nicole Ganguzza, the jogger found in Blanchard Park who was killed the same day Casey originally said Caylee went missing like on June 9th. They have not found her killer. They had a suspect but he was realeased. I also read when it first happen that cholorform was found at that crime scene. Not sure if thats a fact. Also nicole ganguzza fits the description that Casey Anthony gave of Zenaida G. The tacky , shady , drugg addicting looking lady that has been on tv looks sneaky too. I dont know this whole thing is crazy. Especially the Haleigh Cummings case. Why cant people leave children alone.
