Roman Polanski Victim-Samantha Geimer Comes Forward and tells about the events of an afternoon, back in 1977, when she was 13 years old, that changed her life forever. He took her innocence and the judicial system has continued to take her innocence, ever since.

The afternoon that famous movie director Roman Polanski, allegedly gave her champagne and part of a quaalude and had sex with her.

Isn’t it unusual that the poop hits the fan just when Samantha Geimer is going to appear in the HBO documentary “Roman Polanski: Wanted and Desired.”

A want-to-be actress Samantha Geimer, now 45, gets her wish to be in front of the camera. Leave it to Hollywood to make the most out of an unhappy event that changes 13 year olds life.

I do not rule out the fact that Roman Polanski did this horrible act with Samantha, but she was compensated for the incident, she accepted money instead of having her day in court against Roman Polanski. I really don’t know if I blame her, being 13 and having to face all of this in court…

Instead, she settled out of court and the judge when back on his word. The whole thing is a big stinking mess…but the bottom line is that Roman Polanski did his dirty deed with out repercussion , payed his way out and when the walls started to come tumbling down, he ran. Well France, you can have him!

I smell a skunk in the wood pile…something is just not right…what Mother would let her 13 year old go to photos session with out someone, back in 1977?

This case should have ended over 30 years ago, when Polanski pleaded guilty to a count of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor. He would have been given credit for time served while undergoing an evaluation and placed on probation…since he payed his way out of this shameful act.

Rapists especially those of minors, should NOT be allowed to pay their way out of their horrible acts. They should be labeled and imprisoned. Tougher laws are needed to protect the innocents like 13 year old Samantha Geimer.

Will Roman Polanski be expedited back to the US? That is the next question. Will they slap him on the wrist? Since he paid for his crime, monetariy?

Personally, I hope he goes back to France where apparently it is OK to rape 13 year olds…since France boasts that “they stand behind Roman Polanski.” In France, he is desired, in America he is wanted. Or so the media is projecting…
