What took his father so long to get down where he was? These and other questions go through my mind and why did this happen in another country where the laws are so different? I feel so badly this happened not for the mother or father but for the child because nobody cared enough to keep a closer eye on this child in my book if it were the regular "JOE" and it happened here the law would have come down very hard on the parents but it happened in another country. MAY GOD BLESS THIS INNOCENT CHILD NOW AND FOR ALL TIME AS I AM SURE HE WILL!!!
