Shawne Merriman Claims He Is Innocent and has a Nightclub owner and to confirm that Tila Tequila was drinking and tequila and vodka the night of the attack

James Brennan, the owner of the Stingaree nightclub, states that, “several of his employees told him Tila drank several shots of tequila and sipped a bottle of vodka,” the night of the Sean Merriman and Tila Tequila Love Spat.

So, the plot thickens, as the owner of the nightclub where Shawne Merriman spent time with TV personality Tila Tequila on Saturday, September 5th, 2009, has rebutled Tila’s claim that she was not drinking prior to the arrest of Shawne Merriman, the Chargers linebacker, on the following Sunday morning.

“She wasn’t like falling down or anything of that nature, but she was visibly intoxicated,” Brennan states. “It sounds like she’s allergic to the truth.”

Tequila stated on Twitter that, “I am allergic to alcohol am unable to drink.”
