Call it mother’s intuition, call it a police officer’s intuition, but Sheriff Allison Jacobs and Lisa Campbell of the UC Berkeley Police Department knew something was wrong.

After an interview with Phillip Garrido, Sheriff Allison Jacobs calls Phillip Garrido’s probation officer and then the proverbial poop, really hit the fan.

Phillip and Nancy Garrido face 29 counts in the Jaycee Dugard Case.
