Hurricane Bill UPDATE-Hurricane Bill Becomes A Category 4 Hurricane with it’s top sustained winds near 135 mph early Wednesday, August 19th, 2008. Forecasters state that it could get even stronger as it howls over the open Atlantic, gaining strength over the warm waters of the Atlantic…looking for land to destroy.
Early Wednesday morn, Hurricane Bill was centered about 460 miles east of the Leeward Islands and moving west-northwest near 16 MPH.
Hurricane Bill UPDATE-Hurricane Bill Becomes A Category 4 Hurricane as forecasters keep an eye out for Bermuda. In 3-4 days it could be the target of Hurricane Bill.
The happy ending would be that Hurricane Bill projected path would move directly between Bermuda and the eastern coast of the U.S. without making landfall.
