Lynette “Squeaky” Fromme Released From Prison. She was released from federal custody Friday, August 14th, 2009.a spokeswoman for the U.S. Bureau of Prisons said
In 1975, Lynnette “Squeaky” Fromme was convicted of pointing a gun at President Gerald Ford, in Sacramento, California.
She was part of the Manson Family but was not convicted with the group involved with the Sharon Tate murders.
She “claims” that she wanted to save the redwood trees and that she only wanted attention, to save the trees. YAWN…yawn…yawn…under the influence of Charles Manson, I find that very hard to believe.

Fromme, a follower of Charles Manson, pointed a gun at Ford a year after he became president. Secret Service agents prevented her from firing; the gun was later found to have a clip of ammunition but no bullet in the chamber.

Fromme belongs in prison for the rest of her life because she still believes in the killer she hung out with before and she is a danger to all of us and that is a fact.
