and in 2002, there was a push to create a “Privatizing Social Security, System” which would transform Social Security from an unfunded pay-as-you-go system to a system of mandatory private savings accounts.

This was during the Bush years and the agenda was being pushed and passed within the House and Senate.

The law that governs the Social Security Programs were being eliminated and changed during the Bush years which is seems that the general population has forgotten.

In addition the public has no clue to the implied modifications and changes offered within the HR3600 Bill and changes already in place made by the Bush administration created to privatize the system and move it into the hands of Corporations.

Years later they create the Universal Health care System Bill HR 3600, but will the program really fixed the system that does not offer the ability to effectively pay the bills and or cure patients from disease and illness?

The State of Illinois Medicaid Program parallel what is called a health-care system for those who can not afford it but again it’s on the same page as what is being called Universal Programs.

Government workers programs are mainly HMO/PPO’s again this system needs to be cleaned up from the bottom to the top, and patient’s treatment and care should be the number one consideration.

But, this bill in general is involved in changing the Social Security Act from what I see on the first 260 pages and changes to the laws within Social security act on the issue of payment it seems to backdoor privatized Corporate Medical systems but where is the concern on the issue of how patients are being treated.

The biggest issue in all health care programs is if they can pay the bills of physicians, health care workers and hospital facilities.

It has been alleged that The State of Illinois Medicaid program via the Department of Human Service has a big issue with lag in payment to hospitals, and doctors, Hospitals, doctors and medical workers are being paid pennies on the dollar for patient care.

This is why many refuse taking on what is considered as charity patients a procedure within a hospital which is billed to a private insurance company gets paid say $20k for a procedure within the state program the payment is $9k not meeting the operation cost and the fee’s for doctors and medication.

Therefore the patient is in the middle of a state run and financed ( by the public tax dollar) system that pays less than the normal pay out offered by major insurance carriers and the patient within this system receives a very noticeable difference in treatment.

Some of the policies within the State programs only allow a diagnosis time limitation of 15 to 30 minutes which is not much time to really evaluate a patients condition which opens the door to the issue of Failure to Diagnosis.

It seems based on my own personal experience that there is a compensation by using x-rays and other equipment to off set the patients cost for patient care.

In fact within one federal law suits filed against Edgewater Hospital within the State of Illinois patient care and over billing Medicaid for un-needed procedures lead to the deaths of several patients.

Because…they were like many other Illinois based hospitals in the red. Due to not getting paid and having more and more state funded patients. This also reduces the possibility of having better doctors, better medicine because they cost of health care and the payment they receive are not affordable to the general public and or to those who treat patients.

It’s like have a Billion dollar Corporation whereby you have people coming to you for service but then in fact you only have about $200k in revenue so your business is in debt. Therefore you cut corners and this is what is happening to the health of millions of Americans.

Social Security Will Be Impacted With HR 3600…So, this Universal Program sounds great but unless they do something to fix the quality of health care and proofing that state run Medicaid programs can pay its bill how can you create another program with the real reform to cures and patient cares.

The plan will eliminate Social Security as it relates to Medicaid, Medicare and move into a privatized system which will first be installed by the government, then you will see more and more of the end of social security as it will move into the privatized business sector please note this was in the works since the Bush years and maybe before the Bush regime.

Since that administration we have seem the privatization of tow ways and other public interest and don’t think its coming from President Obama its how the system works and protects itself.

Please I want to hear your opinion on this issue and let’s talk about the fact that more and more of Americans are sick and there is no cures more diseases within a game of pain medication and pills that have huge side effects which are causing death all over the country. Do you reform the insurance or do you first reform health care?
