Ex-Madoff CFO Pleads Guilty to conspiracy and other charges in a NYC court. After months of secretly working with the FBI, Bernard Madoff’s right hand man emerged in federal court on Tuesday, August 11th, 2009, and pleaded guilty to conspiracy and other charges, contradicting claims by the disgraced financier that he acted alone.

“I was loyal to him. I ended up being loyal to a terrible, terrible fault,” Frank DiPascali, 51, told a judge during a hearing at which his long rumored cooperation deal with the government was confirmed.

Ex-Madoff CFO Pleads Guilty. DiPascali was the man who could unlocked his former boss’ epic Ponzi scheme and potentially made cases against other defendants. Madoff sons and his wife Ruth are still under investigation, even though no other family member has been arrested at this time. For the full story, go to Yahoo.com.
