Freed Journalists Are Home

jouralists Freed Journalists Are Home

Freed Journalists Are Home and two American journalists freed by North Korea returned home to the United States on Wednesday, August 5th, 2009, for a jubilant, emotional reunion with family members and friends.

Freed Journalists Are Home and the jet carrying Euna Lee and Laura Ling, reporters for Al Gore’s San Francisco based Current TV, and former President Bill Clinton arrived at Burbank’s Bob Hope Airport at dawn.

Bill Clinton met with communist leader Kim Jong Il on Tuesday, August 4th, 2009, to secure the journalists release. I just wonder what that set the tax payers back?

The journalists were arrested near the North Korean Chinese border in March while on a reporting trip for Current TV, which is owned by AL Gore.
