Jackson’s Mom Gets Custody of Jackson’s Kids. All three of them and they will receive an allowance. This is all according to Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff .
He appointed Katherine Jackson, 79, as the permanent guardian of the singer’s three children during a court hearing in Los Angeles on Monday.
Jackson’s Mom Gets Custody of Jackson’s Kids because she was named by Jackson as his first choice to raise his children in a 2002 will, filed with the court. She is the only person to formally petition for custody of the children since the King of Pop’s death on June 25th, 2009, at age 50.
Mrs. Jackson and her son’s ex-wife Deborah Rowe reached a custody agreement last week, which left her out of the running.
Jackson’s Mom Gets Custody of Jackson’s Kids, who range in age from 7 to 12, have been living with Mrs. Jackson at the Jackson’s family home in the San Fernando Valley, CA., since their father’s death. The two eldest children, Prince I and Paris Jackson have signed declarations apparently indicating they wanted to remain with Mrs. Jackson.
