Lee Anthony “Spilled It All”

Anthony “Spilled It All” in a sworn deposition this week in Orlando Florida.

Lee Anthony is the brother of Casey Anthony, who is charged with the murder of her 2 year old daughter, Caylee Anthony.

Lee Anthony’s deposition means that previous statements he made won’t be used against him, his attorney, Tom Luka stated.

Lee Anthony “Spilled It All”…”Evidently, that won’t be a problem because nothing Lee said was different from his previous testimony.” continued Luka.
Luka also stated that  Lee Anthony, no longer required his services.

Attorney Richard Hornsby, who is does TV legal analysis for WESH TV, pointed to Lee Anthony, as the key witness at trial. “He of all his family members seems to be the one person she trusts the most. If she is lying to him about what happened to Caylee, I think that’s going to hold a lot more weight with the jury as to her believability,” Hornsby stated.

At 5, Now here is a twist in the Caylee Anthony case…Kealing examined the defense team’s taking two dozen items, such as books, toys and even a toothbrush, from the Anthony home in September of 2008, for testing.

Defense attorney Jose Baez dismissed the notion that his team had withheld evidence, since the defense team gave the items to investigators in December of 2008.

Analyst Hornsby stated that, “The last thing that would come to my mind would be that this is 100 percent ethical. Baez should have warned the state when he took the items. He had a duty to put the state on notice.”

Well, surprise, surprise (in my best Gomer Pyle voice), Baez is unethical…who would have thought?
