Florida Slain Couple Knew Their Killer. A man authorities believe organized the slaying of Byrd and Melanie Billings. The Florida couple were murdered earlier this month on July 9th, 2009.
One of the killers, told authorities he knew the victims and received financial support from them for a martial arts studio.
Well, that is one way to repay a debt or an act of kindness.
Byrd and Melanie Billings, known for adopting special need and hard to place children. They were found murdered in their bedroom with nine of their children in the house at the time. They were buried Friday, July 17th, 2009.
Florida Slain Couple Knew Their Killer and the orchestrator of the Ninja style murder was, Leonard Patrick Gonzalez Jr., 35. He was one of seven people charged with murder in the deaths of Byrd and Melanie Billings of Beulah, Florida.

I always felt that the people that did this had inside information on this couple because not just anyone walking along would want to kill them it had to be some scumb that he and she might of helped along in them at sometime in their lives because they thought they a lot of money and the person wanted more than what they got.
That is called screwing the person who they helped it happens all to fhe time but in smaller scales it is really sad to say it NEVER pays to help people because the giver always seems to get screwed.

If you go to the Santa Rosa Co. Sheriff’s Dept and look up case no. 07-012258, you can find a report filed with the Sheriff’s Office where Gonzales, the husband of Tabatha, broke in on a Gulf Breeze resident and tried to kill him!!! As soon as Gonzales’ photo hit the news, my friends’ husband went to the FBI and CNN where he has requested to remain anonymous. That is where your CNN source is coming from. All of the Gonzales affilitates are car people. Gonzales actually worked for Sandy Sansing and Allen Turner. Last weeks’ PNJ article wouldn’t even release Rita Warlaw aka MULLET, aka Means, aka Meeks’ name as the one who hired Gonzales to plant drugs..ha ha…place a hit rather on a Pensacola Beach resident. Doesn’t she sound a lot like Pamela Wiggins-Long, aka Cocoa? Is this another dizzy blonde right here from the Breeze?

How interesting…I wondered by Pamela Wiggins-Long was in the news then out of the news and not heard of again…
Gonzales sounds like some pretty nasty pond scum and jail sounds like a good place for him and his crew of buddies.
26 million isn’t what it used to be. But, it can/does buy silence.
I wondered what was in the safe that they took, besides money…or was that just a smoke and mirror technique to cover something else.
When the authorities stated that there was more to be arrested and more to be investigated…I just thought that they were playing the game close to their chest.
There is a reason why they call car dealers…dealers…
