Florida Couples Murder Suspects Photos in the Billings Florida murder, are finally made known to the public.
Today the children family, friends of Byrd and Melanie Billings will celebrate their lives as they are lain to rest.
Byrd, 68, and Melanie Billings, 43, were well known and respected in the small town of Beula. A town just west of Pensacola, Fla. They were to many wealthy. They owned several successful businesses.

The Billingses adopted several special need and hard to place children. In total, they had 17 kids, 13 adopted and four from previous marriages. Some of their children has passed away through the years.
They had a sprawling nine-bedroom home was specially equipped with cameras, so the couple could keep track of their many children. That system captured chilling images of the killers entering their home on July 9th, 2009. A day that would change the lives of their children for ever.
Video captured three suspects entering through the front door and two through the back. The killers were out of the house in less than 10 minutes. Two remained in the vans. Nine kids were at home at the time, but were unharmed.
Some of the suspects wore martial arts garb and a round the Internet, the robbers are being called the Ninja killers.
So far, the authorities believe that the motive was robbery. The killers took a safe, among other items, from the Billings home. Many suspect other motives, though authorities are not commenting.
The only items in the safe stolen from the Billings’ home were jewelry, children’s prescription medications and important family documents.
The jewelry was described as having sentimental value.

Eight people have been arrested in connection with the murders. One had gotten notoriety for these special skills, which he taught to kids, one is in the military. Several others worked as day laborers, and one of them is only 16 (not able to be shown). A woman, Pamela Laverne Long Weber, is the eighth person to be charged and authorities suggest that their could be more charged.
Today, July 17th, 2009, Byrd and Melanie Billings will be laid to rest. Thousands are expected to attend the funeral. BBAC sends their condolences to the children the family and friends of the Billings.
