Dave Chappell Portland-are not three words that went well, Wednesday, July14th, 2009, as thousands of fans waited for him to show up…and I do not blame them, he is one funny guy.
But, Dave Chappell Porthand, Pioneer Courthouse Square Event or show did not take place with Dave Chappell, because Chappell was not scheduled to appear. Still, a large crowd showed up on the chance that he might show up for a free show. Sorry folks and Baby Boomers..blame that one on one your Twitter friends.
