UPDATE: Steve McNair Dead With Sahel Kazemi in an apparent murder suicide.

Former Tennessee Titans quarterback Steve McNair, 36, was found dead with a woman he met at a local restaurant and had been dating for a while.
McNair, a Nashville hometown hero, did extensive charity work in Nashville.

Steve McNair died from several gunshots wounds and was found on the sofa in a Second Avenue condo that he had rented.

Sahel Kazemi, 20, was found alongside him in the same Second Avenue condo. She had a single gunshot wound to her head and the pistol was found near her body.

UPDATE: Steve McNair Dead With Sahel Kazemi and Metro police spokesman Don Aaron stated that they were leaning toward certain scenarios based on the evidence. At this time, they were not looking for any other suspects. “The medical examiner will be conducting autopsies on Sunday.

We expect to make additional conclusions after the autopsy process,” continued Aaron.

McNairs wife, Mechelle was not in the condo.
