Steve McNair’s Death Is Declared a Homicide by the police in Nashville, Tennessee on Sunday, July 5th, 2009. They have ruled the shooting death of the former N.F.L. quarterback, Steve McNair a homicide. But they have not reached a conclusion about the death of a 20 year old woman, Sahel Kazemi, who was found with him.

Police spokesman, Don Aaron, also stated that Steve McNair, 36, and the woman, Sahel Kazemi, 20, had been in a “dating relationship for past several months.”

McNair and his wife, Mechelle, had four sons.

Steve McNair’s Death Is Declared a Homicide and both Steve McNair and Sehmi Kazemi were found dead Saturday, July 4th, 2009, in the afternoon.The condominium was in downtown Nashville. McNair had four gunshot wounds, two of those bullets were to the head. Sehmi Kazemi was found with a single gunshot wound to the head. She is believed to be of Iranian decent.

The bodies were found in the living room, with McNair on a sofa and Kazemi on the floor close to him. A semiautomatic pistol was found under Kazemi’s body. Aaron told the A.P. Autopsies were to have been performed Sunday morning to help classify the deaths.

Steve McNair’s Death Is Declared a Homicide and the police are still conducting interviews with friends and family of both victims, before they ruled whether the deaths were murder-suicides. Authorities will not commit to saying the deaths were a murder-suicide, committed by Kazemi.

The bodies were found Saturday, July 4th, 2009, by Wayne Neeley, a friend of McNair’s who co-rented the condominium with him. He came home just before 1 p.m., finding McNair on a sofa and Kazemi on the floor in the living room. At first glance, Neeley did not notice they were dead…but then he found blood near the bodies. Neeley called Robert Gaddy, another friend of McNair’s, and Gaddy contacted the police.

    This is a really sad story because the only people that are going to get hurt are his children and his wife and that is a fact.

    It just seems that all sports people reach a certain goal in life and then fall down really hard no matter if they are still active or retired.

    MAY GOD BLESS HIS ENTIRE FAMILY NOW AND FOR ALL TIME AS I AM SURE HE WILL!!!
